Pakistan
The Foundation has made four grants to aid people in Pakistan. In 2009 two grants were made to provide food and water to over 10,000 people displaced by internal conflicts in the country. In 2008, a TPRF grant provide water pumps and dispensers to bring clean water to 60 schools, and in 2005 a grant provided food and water to victims of a major earthquake.
| 2009, September – TPRF Makes Two Grants to Provide Relief in Pakistan TPRF has made grants to Shirkat Gah Women's Resource Centre and ActionAid International to help many of the 650,000 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Pakistan affected by the country's recent internal conflicts. Dr. Saman Yazdani Khan, Regional Director for Shirkat Gah, states, "It will ease the discomfort and desolation of their unwelcome situation." | 2005, October – Food Aid to Earthquake Survivors in Kotbala The Foundation made a $100,000 contribution to Friends of the World Food Program to support the UN World Food Programme to bring food aid for one month to 6,000 people displaced by the major earthquake in Pakistan.
